2. Service Description

My Dashboard is a business dashboard platform that provides:

  • Real-time dashboards and business reporting
  • Integrations with POS, HR, and accounting systems
  • Data analysis and performance insights
  • Multi-user access with role-based permissions

3. Trial Period

New organizations are eligible for a trial period:

  • The first 3 months of service are free of charge
  • Full access to all platform features during the trial
  • No payment information required to start your trial

4. Pricing After Trial

After the 3-month trial period, a subscription fee may apply:

  • You will be notified at least 14 days before the trial ends
  • Pricing will be communicated before any charges apply
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without obligation

5. User Accounts

When using My Dashboard, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

7. User Content

You retain ownership of business data and content you upload to My Dashboard. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display that content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will try to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

My Dashboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using My Dashboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Organization administrators may request data export before account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of My Dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
